I run Circle of Security Parenting Programmes locally.

These use DVD content to facilitate discussion between parents. Please contact me on drfionagarratt@gmail.com if you would be interested in joining a group and I can give you details of when the next one will be running. Groups are running face to face and are relaxed and encouraging. Refreshments provided.

Courses last for 8 weeks and are a safe place to explore what is working well and not so well in your relationships with your children. They are aimed at parents of children aged 8 and under.

The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

Learning Objectives of the Training:

•   Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs

•   Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions

•   Enhance the development of your child's self esteem

•   Honour your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure

Cost of course: £200 per person for the 8 week course. This includes course materials and refreshments. If both parents attend it is £300 for them both. Payable before the course starts to secure your place.
